Expensive reloads
admin –
Hello Bill,
I am glad we were able to clear this up over email, I am going to reply to you here as well for the public to see:
There is no indication on the product that these rounds are reloads. I revisited my supplier and found no indication that these rounds are reloads. Regarding your concern with the red coloring around the primer, citing that it is evidence that the rounds are reloads, this seems to be standard practice for the “Wolf GOLD” line of ammunition. See the following links that show this red coloring (apparently it’s a sealant) on several different listings of this ammunition, none of these listings state they are reloads, please note these are the same links I sent you in the email, just including them here for the public:

I do not believe these rounds are reloads, and I would be happy to update my listing if it is proven to me that these are in fact reloads. If you’d like to return the ammunition, we can do that. If not, let me know how well they shoot 🙂 I plan on adding 5.56×45 PMC X-TAC within a month, which should be of a higher quality than these rounds if you were looking for something better.

Sorry for the confusion. Took a while to get back to me but once Erik emailed me back communication was great. Quality ammo, can’t wait for the 556!
